Inquiry / quote form: name, email address, phone number, country of residence, the tour you’re interested in, travel dates, number of travellers, trip length, budget, and any message or special requirements you share with us.
Newsletter signup: your email address.
Blog comments: the name, email address and (optional) website you enter, your comment, and your IP address, which is stored with the comment to help prevent spam.
Website analytics (only if you accept cookies): how you use the site, such as the pages you visit, how you arrived, and your device and browser type, collected by Google Analytics.
Server logs: like all websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as IP addresses and browser type to keep the site running and secure.

We do not collect payment information through this website — no bookings or payments are processed online at this time.

How We Use Your Information, and Why

To respond to your inquiry and prepare a personalised travel quote, and to communicate with you about your trip before and during travel. We do this because you asked us to, as a step towards a possible booking.
To send occasional travel updates or offers, only if you subscribed to our newsletter. This is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
To understand how the website is used and improve it (Google Analytics), only if you accept analytics cookies. This is based on your consent.
To keep the website secure and working, and to prevent spam. This is in our legitimate interest in running a safe website.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Cookies

When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Analytics cookies are only set if you click “Accept”; if you click “Reject”, they are not used. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
